A document counts as one document, however many pages come out of it. Past the documents your plan includes, making them does not stop: the extra is billed on top, and you are warned before it is.
So the first document past that figure is not refused: it is made like the ones before it, and it appears on the next invoice. The plan with no limit at all never reaches a figure of any kind, and you can move onto it at any time.
What the tax adds, and who works it out
Every price on this page is before tax. The payment page works out the tax due for your country, adds it to the price, and puts it on your invoice.
The rate is the one your own country asks for, so the figure added depends on where your company is registered. A company holding a European VAT number gives it on the payment page, and the tax is then handled between you and your own tax office.
Paying by bank transfer
Would you rather pay by bank transfer? Ask for the invoice and it comes back the same day. It is how a company usually buys software at this price, and no card ceiling stands in the way.
