What you can write about
A question about what the engine does, or whether it would do what you need. Say what your document has to look like and what you have today, and the answer will say plainly whether this is the right tool or not.
A price. If you have been quoted less elsewhere for the same thing, say where, and the price here is matched.
An invoice, a bank transfer, or a purchase order your accounts department needs before they will pay a card.
Something that does not work, or a page here that is wrong or that you could not understand. That last one is worth as much as the rest.
How long you will wait
A working day, and usually less. There is no ticket number and no form: you write, and somebody writes back.
An invoice asked for by email comes back the same day it is asked for, on a working day.
There is no telephone number, on purpose
A question about a document is answered better in writing, with the file in front of both of us, than read out over a line. If a call would settle it faster, ask for one in your message and say when suits you.
