Why write to us
A question about what the library does, or whether it would do what you need. Say what your document has to look like and what you have today, and we will tell you plainly whether the library fits.
A price. If you have found the same thing cheaper elsewhere, say where, and we match it.
An invoice, or paying by bank transfer rather than by card.
Something that does not work, or a page here that is wrong or that you could not understand. We want that last one as much as the rest.
How soon you get an answer
A working day, and usually less. You write, and one of us answers you directly.
Ask us for an invoice by email on a working day and we send it that same day.
We answer in writing, and we call you if you ask
We answer a question about a document in writing, with the file in front of both of us, rather than have it described to us over the telephone. There is no number to ring here: the telephone runs the other way round — we ring you if you ask.
If a call would settle it faster, leave your number and the times that suit you in your message, and we will ring you.
