What you pay, and for how long
Every figure we charge is written on this website. You can read them, work out what your year would cost, and take that number to whoever signs, without an appointment, without a form, and without giving us your telephone number.
The figures
Here they are, and there are no others. Nothing is worked out on request, and nothing depends on who is asking.
- Nothing at all — to try it out: the same pages as the paid plans, with a line of wording written across each of them.
- 14 € excl. tax / a month — 3 000 documents a month, drawn on our machines.
- 24 € excl. tax / a month — with no limit on the number, drawn on our machines.
- 2 900 € excl. tax / once — to own the library outright and install it wherever your own programs run.
- 5 900 € excl. tax / once — for the server and the library together, on your own machines.
Each price is written twice. The first figure, marked excl. tax, is the price before tax. The second, marked incl. tax, is that price with the tax a company in France pays added to it, at 20%; a company registered for VAT claims that tax back, so the first figure is what the product ends up costing it. For a company anywhere else, the payment page works out the rate of its own country, adds it, and puts it on the invoice.

What paying once means here
It means once. There is no yearly fee behind it, no maintenance to renew, and no support contract you have to keep alive to go on using what you bought. The licence has no end date, and every update inside the version you bought is included.
When we one day publish a new major version, it is a new purchase — and anybody who already owns a licence pays 50% of its price rather than the whole of it.
What a month renews into
A subscription runs month by month. It renews on its own until you stop it, you stop it yourself from your account whenever you like, and it then runs to the end of the month already paid for. There is no year to sign for, no notice to give, and no month to pay beyond the one you are in.
The two figures paid outright cannot rise at all, because there is nothing to renew: what you bought is yours, and no invoice comes back on its own.
Whichever you take, the figure that binds your order is the one shown on this website on the day you order.
Why the figures are on the website at all
Because the first thing anybody does with a price is carry it to somebody else. A price you have to ask for is a price you cannot put in front of whoever signs until you have sat through a call, and by then you have spent more on the meeting than the software costs.
So they are here, all of them, with what each one includes. Read them, add up your year, and write to us only if something is missing from the answer.
If you produce a great many documents
Past a certain volume the monthly plans stop making sense, and a yearly contract billed on what you produce comes out cheaper and simpler than counting. Tell us what you produce and we will price it rather than leaving you to guess.
Technically
A document counts as one document however many pages come out of it, and a request that fails costs nothing. Past the quota a plan carries, the next document comes out exactly like the ones before it, appears on the month's invoice at the unit rate, and you are warned before it does — no throttling, no hard stop in the middle of a run, and no support ticket to raise at two in the morning.
Prices are shown twice: before tax, and with French tax added at the rate in force. A company registered for VAT claims that tax back, so the first figure is the one that ends up on your cost line. For a company outside France the payment page works out the rate of its own country and puts it on the invoice.
The two licences bought outright can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice rather than by card. A card issued to a company is commonly capped below three thousand euros, so that route is offered beside the card rather than hidden under it.
